Retro Respawn Return Policy
At Retro Respawn, we ensure that all items are thoroughly tested and serviced as needed before they are available for sale, so you can shop with confidence. Our policy applies to purchases made both in-store and online. Please review the details on exchanges, store credit, and warranty coverage for damaged or defective items.
1. No Returns Policy
- Retro Respawn does not accept returns on any items. All sales are final.
2. Warranty for Damaged or Defective Items
- 7-Day Warranty: We offer a 7-day warranty for items that arrive damaged or are found to be defective. To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue.

Warranty Criteria:
- Eligible Damage: Damage must be due to a manufacturing defect or shipping issue. Examples include non-functioning electronics, broken parts, or significant cosmetic defects.
- Exclusions: Damage from customer use, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or any modifications made to the item by the customer are not covered.
- Verification: Customers may be asked to provide photos or bring the item to the store for inspection before a warranty claim is approved.
3. Exchanges and Store Credit
- If an item meets the warranty criteria, we’ll provide either an exchange (subject to availability) or store credit.
- If an identical replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
4. No Cash Refunds
- Retro Respawn does not issue cash refunds. Approved warranty claims are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
